Called me at 309 am Not very Happy :(

This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. debt collector on a debt he says I owed to Wachovia in 2009! Wanted my info. he quoted wrong ssn and name. since i didn't go along with him he said he would file me under non payment. waste of my time! glad I found out he is a scammer here. I'm not the only person he was scamming.

Fax call to my voice line. I've had this problem before, with this same number.

if i dont call them in a half hour i will have a warrent for my arrest.does anybody no about this person please let me no. thank u

Calls 5 to 10 times around 8:30 every night.

Caller would NOT tell me what company she was with, nor why she was calling, nor did she know the time zone I am in. And she used the company owner's first name as if she knew him. Not quite rude, but not very friendly, either.

I answered one of the calls and no one was there and the call ended in seconds.
